The incremental human resource requirement will be about 14 Lakh people by 2022 in Finance sector

Entry level officers and clerical roles in finance sector will see the highest intake.

The Prime Minister’s Office has issued a mandate that by 2022, India should have 500 million skilled employees across various sectors.

The size of banking assets in India reached US$ 1.8 trillion in FY14 and is expected to touch US$ 28.5 trillion by FY25.
